From start to finish it has been a great experience. While waiting for my order I received regular messages letting me know where my machine and accessories were. I didn’t have to keep reaching out and waiting for contact. It was refreshing! I love the printer so user friendly.

I reached out after receiving my printer to see if these were available to purchase and was told not at that time but they would look into it. A short time later they did make them available and I love them.

These are nice quality ceramics that, unlike some others, actually stick to a metal surface. They work great with the E1.
