eufyMake E1: the First Personal 3D-Texture UV Printer

It made two amazing prints, then quit. One was the test magnet, and then I did a dog tag. Went to print another dog tag and the printer errored out trying taking the snaphot before printing. I spent more time troubleshooting than using the machine. The app and on-line help had me take the machine apart to look for disconnected wires. Support was sympathetic and better than the on-line documents but had me do one step per day. I'd get results, send them in and wait for the next morning for a reply with the next step. After a week of this, they sent me a ground shipping label and instructions about how to prepare the printer and pack it for shipping. After receiving it, they will send me a replacement unit which does not come with ink. So the expensive set of ink with a short life, especially after being used, is another cost I'm expected to cover. I have not yet fished packing this two-person lift.

EufyMake E1 is fantastic! This is so easy to operate right out of the box. It is a great addition to my 3D and Laser business. I only wish I had 2 or 3 EufyMake E1s. Loving the ability to print on almost any surface. I did get the laminator, so making the stickers is not only fun but now I have friends and family wanting as many sticker as I can make, I am having trouble keeping up with their requests with just the one machine. The Rotary attachment has to be far better than anything on the market and very easy to use. Thank you for making such a great machine.
