Valenza - Hands-Free Barefoot Dress Shoe (BOGO)

Product is well made and feels good, but I can’t wear them. I had bought a different shoe from Hike and bought a size 8.5. I wore them out within a few with holes in the toes. So this timei bought a size 9 and they are huge. I had someone who wears a 9 try them on and they were huge on her also. Not happy with situation.

I think these shoes were marked incorrectly. I wear a size 9 1/2 but these are at least a 10 or a 10 1/2. I need to return them but for the last three days I have emailed their website as directed and have not gotten any response from their service department. It is concerning that it’s been three different days of emails and no one has responded.

I purchased a size 8 which is usually a size bigger than normal for me, they fit but I still found them tight across my toes. I only wore them for 2 hours and my plantar came back with a vengeance. I'm going to try thrm again but it definitely put me off them.
