I ordered this item as I was trying to find a replacement controller for a portrait I purchased a few years back at a truck stop in Virginia along I-81. When I looked them up to order a replacement controller, I found the nativity portrait and decided I would buy it but knew it would be late as a Christmas gift but really wanted it. ( I also ordered a charging cord for my present one. Approx 1 day later they sent me an email to let me know that all controllers of same type will work on each other and wanted to know if I still wanted the replacement controller since I would get one in my new portrait- to help me save money. That blew me away and told them I’d still like it as it would probably go in another room. They kindly let my order robe. Three days later the post man shows up with this nicely packaged Glow Decor package and Ibwas dumbfounded it got here so fast. When I opened it there was a personal note from them indicating the shipped it “three day express and did with the words “Merry Christmas” and “ thank you!” Addressed and hand written to me! That made my wife cry and me really glad to know that people still exist that are bigger than even the items they sell. It truly was the truest meaning of Christmas . My wife and I will forever be thankful for that kind gesture! The item is beautiful and everyone there is truly genuine and driven by customers first! Thank you so very much! My wife and I love it and are very touched by your care and kindness. We lit it up and it up (and it is going stay up for a long time) Christmas Eve! She says it is the BEST gift she has ever received!
