My espresso machine was making a weird noise. I talked to the technicians over at the Whole Latte Love. They were so excellent, they sent me videos to watch to see if I wanted to do the work myself after diagnosing. I realize this was something I could do so I ordered the parts. I followed through the videos and installed the parts and it was flawless. The issue was resolved. It couldn’t have been easier to resolve. Much gratefulness.
