It's sturdy and simple. Very easy and consistent to do small adjustments of coarse/fine grind. I slightly miss my old grinder because it did automatic dosing (by time), but this is superb for a single-dose grinder. Also it's not too noisy.

The product documentation is a little light, but Whole Latte Love’s videos fill in the gaps. The hands free grinding seemed like a “nice to have” when I was doing my research. After using it, I could never go back. No clumps, perfect dose every single time. We’ve only put 4 lbs of coffee through the grinder so far. I am not sure how things will change when the burrs are “seasoned.” Candidly, I didn’t know that was a thing. Caution- with the hopper, unit is 17”. Measure the space if you planning to put it under cabinet. Ours just fits.

Ceado E37J Espresso Grinder

Just upgraded from the Rancilio Rocky grinder. Yes, the Rocky is a workhorse and has never failed me since 2006, but since I wanted to sell my Rancilio Miss Sylvia and the Rocky together I decided to get th Ceado E37J to go along with my new Profitec Pro 700. The machine is everything Mark said it would be in all of the YouTube reviews he did on it. Grinds are light and fluffy, it’s quiet and built like a tank. I noticed that when Mark does a demonstration video he nearly always reaches for a Profitec Pro 700 and a Ceado of some type. Love it! Thank you.
