It came without instructions, the wallet and the handbag I ordered in the same color did not match. One was brown one was tan. Customer Service was phenomenal. I was able to return it for a full refund. I recommend this company because of their customer service. Customer service for me goes a long way. Because of this particular situation doesn’t mean I would never consider purchasing from them again given their customer service, I absolutely would consider buying another product.

Not very happy the packing + delivery was over 2 month very little communication and for the price quality is poor.

Received, but have not started YET.. will be gifting shortly, and we’ll learn together how to creat yhese handbags.. will review again once finished 👜
