Accidentally ordered the wrong size but beautiful nonetheless

I bought a ring from this company as a christmas gift for my daughter, and unfortunately the stone fell out not long after she received it. I got in touch with their customer service team, and I have to say they were absolutely brilliant. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and sent out a replacement with no hassle at all. It made what could have been a disappointing situation so much easier. Really impressed with the service and how they handled things—I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you!
