Great pieces; poor communication

The quality of NPL's communication has changed the last few months. The pieces are beautiful and I am thankful. When I have requested help with modifications, however, NPL has now started proceeding without communicating with me about my questions. My emails have not received replies for several weeks. I spend so much money with the company and I feel dismissed and not valued recently. It was not like that previously. I would love to have better customer service.
