Goldie Smocked Short Sleeve Dress

I am in love with this dress, my only complaint is the exposed elastic on the neckline. All the other seams are finished beautifully I don’t understand the open elastic and it cheapens the look.

I could not stop smiling when I put this on! It’s absolutely gorgeous. I bought it for my baby shower this spring, but I also think it will work well for breastfeeding after baby arrives.
