Very good cheese Fresh and with a good aroma

Was pleased with all my choices and exceptional delivery

Creamy, smelly, flavorful

Mild flavor, but a strong aftertaste. Needs to be spread on crackers or bread. Soft to semi-soft cheese. Got a bit better as the days went by; but it certainly didn't last long.
