Great product. Although my initial reply to what appeared to be an automated email, when a color wasn't available, went to Tuenne's spam box. To that end, it wasn't answered and I got another automated email about the issue some weeks later. This necessitated a follow up email where I changed the subject line and received a personalized reply. This included a suggestion of another color of rope, which wasn't one of the initial options. I chose it and it worked out well.

Nice and sturdy cords. Love the color combination. Added to my cameras when they arrived.
