Amazing Kit

I have made two of these so far using dextrose. Great results. First one I added 50g of Cascade hops on day 6 of fermentation. Bottled at 10 days. Lovely pint. Second one was strange. After 3 days it hadn't started fermenting (22 degrees c on a heating mat), no bubbles through airlock... and then it bubbled for 2 days then stopped! No hops this time, checked SG at 8 days, 1005, so barrelled it. Very little sediment. But after 5 days in the barrel, WOW! One of the best brews I have done. Highly recommended. Have another to make and will order more.

Excellent home brew

I have made this IPA twice now. Excellent results both times. Definitely recommend it.
