Cortisol Sleep Tea - Ashwagandha-free

Works good and needs just a little improvement.

I appreciate that it doesn't have ashwagandha in it because it causes a bad reaction for me. I think it could have a better taste, it's a bit sour even with honey added. It's very dry and twiggy and kept falling out of the tea wand. It would be good perhaps in tea bags. On a good note, it did relax me and I had several good nights sleep with it.

I really like this tea. I think it taste great. I have it almost every night. I’m not sure. Actually if it helps with sleep it certainly doesn’t hurt and tell you that..

Love the flavor, it does help with my sleep. I will be ordering again and sending some to my girls.
