This was the worst experience I've had in years with a merchant. I placed my order then, within 2 hrs. noticed I had chosen the wrong item. I promptly reached out via their website then called and left a VM message describing the error and requesting the correct item be switched, that the difference be charged to my card, and that the invoice shows the price difference. For perspective the order was placed in the wee hours of the morning so nothing was received or shipped. When I got no reply to my messages within 24 hours, I called twice more during business hours as well as sent in email with no response. I get an alert that the item shipped two days later followed by a generic response addressing order cancellation and a link to their policy. I never asked for the order to be cancelled in the first place. I replied asking about exchanging the incorrect item but asking for the restocking fee to be waived for to the lack of communication. No response to this day. Never again.

Great vitamins I asked for auto shipping to stop I cannot take this many vitamins! I did manage my account to stop auto ship And i am still getting these vitamins every 3 months.
