Casaware Tea Infuser Mug

Brilliant design!

I am not at all a frequent tea drinker. That is, I wasn’t until I wanted to try some loose leaf tea and decided to get this special tea infuser mug. It’s a brilliant design and makes regular tea drinking an absolute joy! Twice a day now, I have a completely self-contained system for drinking my tea anywhere in the house. I don’t have to go searching for a plate to put a teabag or standalone infuser on, the lid keeps the water hot, the ingenious infuser design provides a space almost as big as the mug itself for letting the water float all throughout the tea leaves for an effective brew, which then can be lifted up and turned sideways on the edge of the mug to let the water drain through the tea into the cup as it cools down, and the lid turned upside down lets you set the infuser down on it, after it is drained. Icing on the cake is the silicone bottom of the mug for staying put and not needing a coaster! The only things I have to do that are not included are to microwave a cup of water and use a measuring spoon for the tea leaves. Otherwise, it has turned tea drinking into a well loved ritual for me: something I could never say about myself in many decades of life, until now! This mug is SO special - you will love it!

I LOVE this mug! I never liked using the "balls" for loose tea and this mug takes care of that beautifully! So easy & brews the perfect cup of tea every time! I bought one for my husband as well, & he couldn't be happier. These are on my Christmas shopping list for other tea lovers in the family!
