The item was fine until the lid threw itself on my tiled floor. That’s another story. The mug was a meant to be a Christmas gift for a friend who loves the particular colour. Naturally that was in an order on the high seas. The staff offered me all sorts of alternatives however it was the colour that mattered. The mug eventually arrived beautifully and securely wrapped. Pity about my tiled floor.
