I’ve converted two bikes to TPU tubes. Love the way they ride and how they don’t lose air over time. You do need to use some care around the valve stem when installing them when compared to butyl tubes.

The tubes are great. They seem to be very well constructed and are easy to install. I’m glad the valve stems are threaded which makes them more secure and easy to pump. I recently converted to QuikValves which raises the performance another notch.

I prefer TPU tubes over tubeless for road bikes. If I get a flat which far less likely with a Silca TPU tube I can change it in under 5 minutes without sealant making a mess of things. Also because they are small it is easy to carry two tubes and a Silca electric inflator.
