Great First Fountain Pen!

I bought 2 pilot metropolitan fountain pens, one fine, one medium. They're both great! From a complete beginner they're very satisfying to write with and easy to fill with the ink of your choosing using the optional CON40 converters. I highly recommend the pilot metropolitan from Truphae!

Pilot is my choice for easy, smooth writing.

I am very left-handed and not all pens are friendly. I have a collection of all different Pilot pens and they all write beautifully. The Metropolitan is light weight, easy to hold and in my experience can sit for awhile and still write from the get go.
