Suitably impressed with these they really do work . I'm sleeping like the dead. Not cheap but probably worth the cost? I personally like citrus flavour but moving forwards might be nice to see more flavour options?

Seems to work

This formulation seems to work well and the taste is great. I personally only buy it when it’s massively reduced as I consider the price to be way too high for the simple ingredients that are used. I bought my own ingredients from Amazon at a fraction of the price and use that instead now. I’ll still buy Healthy Metal when it is appropriately reduced but I’m getting quite used to my own recipe and have a vastly improved sleep pattern.

Tried this because I wanted my husband to try it. He is a very sceptical doctor so tried one and found it made no difference so didn’t try again. That left me with 11, I think, to use. For some reason, every time I made it up, I expected it to fizz, like Epsom salts….it didn’t. I don’t need help relaxing or any of the other things it says it does, though I did hope it might help me to sleep better. I think I’ve had 11 to use. 2 nights, I’ve slept really well and deeply, but two nights have been terrible; awake for hours and then pretty poor quality dozing. Last one tonight and I shall not be renewing, despite the numerous emails I have received.
