Really easy to use. Solar array hookup and charging were straightforward, and discharging is and should be brainless. Portability design is great, even outdoors. 400W solar cells are surprisingly heavy and a little unwieldy to set up, but otherwise no complaints.

Researched Every Option. Chose Anker. No Regrets.

I extensively researched and considered many other companies before purchasing Anker. While no solar power station on the market is perfect or checks every box, the F3000 stood out to me for my reasons and I think it is a great product. I decided to build two separate F3000 power stations, each paired with one BP3000 expansion battery, giving me 6,144Wh of storage per unit and 12,288Wh combined. I plan on rotating the solar charge of each unit every other day so one unit can charge while the other one is being used. On a good day both power stations can be charged the same day. Redundancy, and room to expand by adding additional batteries, is important to me. Each F3000 supports up to 3 expansion batteries for a maximum of 12,288Wh per unit so I can double my capacity if needed. On days when solar charging falls short due to inclement weather I plan to use my propane generator, through the TT-30 port, to fill the gap. Between the solar charging rotation and the generator backup, I feel this setup gives me genuine energy resilience. A note on shipping and packaging. The shipping was fast and the F3000 arrived in a sturdy box with reinforced edges and thick, dense molded foam that held the unit firmly in place. My first impression was how well protected everything was. This is a heavy, expensive piece of equipment and Anker packaged it accordingly. A note on customer service. This purchase wasn't without its hiccups. I had a problem and Anker customer support made the problem go away. That's all that counts. It was exceptional service and kudos to the Anker support team for their quick response and resolution. Bottom line is that I really like the flexibility the Anker F3000 product line provides, the build quality, the portability of the stations, the customer service and the fact that I now have a resilient expandable power station setup I feel comfortable with.
