I was on the border between a large and medium. The large was too big so exchanged it for a medium which fits perfectly. Have not exposed it to Wisconsin winter yet, but I like it so much I bought another in hunter color. I can tell it will be warm. I realy like the string adjustment.

Well Worth the Wait for my Alpaca Hunting hat

I purchased a large, black extreme hunting hat to keep the ears from frost in Colorado. The front visor is well trimmed, hangs at your brow but not over your eyes, and the ear flaps are shaped well to provide coverage. It is very warm and air proof. This is exactly what I needed!

Quality is very good and worth the cost. If it doesn't live up to my expectations this winter I'll be the first to speak up.
