Exhaly Anti Choking Device Bundle

The product appears to be good quality. It says it is made in the USA but ships from China. Exhaly says it was only the masks that are made in China but there are no country of manufacturing origin markings on the product or its packaging. Very fishy

My purchase was based on the Made in USA advertisement on the site and the value, but i am suspicious that the product shipped from outside the USA. I sent email asking Exhaly to confirm that the product was MADE IN USA, but my email received no response.

There are three rubber tubes in pkg. with no explanation as to what they are, or how to use them.
