When the airway tube is inserted as stated, it does not work. The airway tube knocks into my teeth as I tried to position it. When I flipped over the outside mask. Even though it was the wrong position, the airway tube still did the same. So there would be no way to use this device in someone's mouth if it's hitting their upper teeth. Furthermore, when I tried to put the device on a flat area of skin to feel the amount of suction, as I pulled the tube back. It just came right off. No matter how I tried to get it on it would just come right off. There was no suction ability at all because the tube came off. I have a de choker device that is yellow and from a different company and every portion of it seems to work perfectly. It is simple to use, If I put it on a flat portion of skin. I can feel the suction immediately and there are no issues with it. I would like to send my five devices back to you and get a refund. Since these are not working properly. Four of them are not even opened because I realized after trying with the first one that none of them were going to work for us.

Don’t know how well it works and hope I never have to know . However the construction is stronger than others I have seen . I feel safer now that I have it. I bought two so I could have them At convenient places in my home.

Your customer service is terrible. Four or five inquiries before I got a response. Your video on installing the tube is terrible. You don’t show what end to put in the pump or mouthpiece, and the tube won’t go in the canister. Finally got a response, where I was directed to your terrible YouTube video, or I was told it could be defective and you would send out another one. I told you I wanted a replacement and again, no response from your company.
