Anti-Choking Rescue Device

I ordered the 3+2 free pkg on Aug 6.. tracking showed no change from Aug 10-19. I called. They arrived next day with tracking filled in. I bought the 5 for myself and my kids’ families. The females are intimidated by the strength required to load the spring. Also, there are no instructions regarding the white tongue tubes. I’m used to face masks. Trying to encourage everyone to practice placement of face masks. They waste too much time. There should be an instruction video available. Instructions were initially written for a collapsible pull handle. Not fully corrected for this spring load device. I don’t usually criticize. I really want this to work.

No instructions concerning the “tongue” pieces. Also, should have warnings about “twisting” the top, that, with very little effort, allows the spring loaded onwards to pop out… including the seal that keeps the vacuum. This could be very, very dangerous. I think otherwise the product is a great tool.

I like the concept of not having to push air in in order to suck out the object. The only problem that I have is that I cannot push the button with one finger ( or hand) as it is too stiff. I am an arm amputee and this further creates some difficulty. Hopefully, if it is ever needed either someone else will be around or my adrenaline will kick in to give me strength to push the button! Great concept though.
