Excellent customer service and communication

I accidentally received the wrong color of IEMs, so I contacted Elise Audio to arrange a return. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide a return shipping label, so I sent the IEMs back myself. However, Elise Audio handled the situation very well. They refunded the full purchase price and also reimbursed me for the return shipping costs. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and customer service was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them — and Elise Audio handled this situation very professionally. Very happy with the resolution and I would definitely buy from Elise Audio again. Highly recommended!

Amazing IEMs, amazing delivery

Qu9 Que met my expectations, holographic sound, wide scene, natural vocals and perfect balance in lower regions (for me). And there are comfy enough in my ears. Elise Audio shipped the package instantly and I’ve got them in record time. Thanks!

GREAT SOUND, FAIR PRICE

Very neutral and open sounding. Note weight is a bit light and they are definitely bright tilted. Great detail, timbre and airy stage. Overall, a good value. Not a giant killer, but nevertheless a great IEM at a fair price. Very tip and source dependant also.
