The fire arrived and with the help of the delivery guy we was able to get the fire in our temporary house while ours is in the process of being re venerated due to a house fire, I unboxed the fire with the help of my wife… this thing requires 2 people minimum to move and unbox. After unpacking I tested it and I can say this thing is great, takes a little time to figure out the controls but the instructions are simple and precise. The fire is reboxed ready for installation in a few months, thanks for the prompt and curiosity you have given.

Ordered and delivered in 5 days. Fire was delivered fully built so no flat pack nightmare! Easy to put up bracket and lift fire onto it. Really lovely fire.
