After making our own wine for 6 years, this was our first time making pineapple pear Pinot. We had fiends over to taste test and it was a big hit! Light, not too sweet. We couldn’t taste pineapple, it was more of a light pear flavor. We’ll purchase again!

Great Quick Summer Wine

My wife likes pineapple wine so I thought to try this. It is very good and very quick. I bottled at exactly the 5-week point and it is very very clear. At 8% this a nice cool wine for the summer.
