It Brought Welcome Relief

My wife and I appreciate the firmness of this mattress, which has offered us back relief after a couple of months on the too-soft (for us) Luxerion Hybrid. It's not a mattress that makes one exclaim, "Oh, wow; this thing is so comfortable!" But it works. Huge kudos to the customer service folks, who patiently answered many questions and promptly issued a refund for the first mattress. One note, though: This heavy, three-layer mattress is NOT easy to haul up a flight of stairs, and not easy to put together. Took some grunting and labor, but we made it.

Assembly requires some work to achieve a comfortable mattress

I was told that two of the 3 latex mattresses would be delivered encases in the cover and I would only need to insert the 3rd. The sales person said it was pretty easy. Instead, only one layer had been inserted so the matress cover did not hold its sjape. Because the mattresses are so heavy I had to hire help to get themattrsses inside the cover. In addition, the cover had a depth of 8 inches while the three mattress layers were 9 inches so it was difficult to compress the mattresses and close the zippers. Once we got it together the mattress is quite comfortable. Because of the difficulty of putting it together, Im giving it 4 stars
