The blended flavours of this oil are so refreshing. I made the potato salad that was suggested for this, and it was fabulous! Used it on pasta as well.

This olive oil is simply the best. I buy it by the case and give it as gifts to my friends, all of whom love it as I do.

Lake trout

I pan sear in a cast iron for 2 minutes per side, portions of lake trout drizzled with Milanese Gremolata and maple syrup for a crispy finish.
