Mostly Excellent
I tried this salt on popcorn with Evoolution's butter-flavour EVOO. It's terrific if you like salty, savoury flavours. However, tasting the salt on my finger alone, I perceived something of an artificial taste to it. Not terrible, and I still have plans to try the salt on my next batch of roasted chicken thighs. But that's why I removed one star. Usually all Evoolution's products are five star!
