We received our 7lbs Mifroma raclette cheese just in time for our raclette dinner with a large group of friends in Alaska. The cheese arrived nice and chilled with zero shipping issues (which, for Alaska standards, is a small miracle). It tasted just as it does when I buy it at home in Switzerland and our friends could not stop raving about the amazing cheese tastes and quality. Delicious Raclette

The Raclette was wonderful but USPS let us down. We had a great dinner but USPS delivered to the wrong house. A neighbor brought it by several hours later.
