Sourdough Pizza Dough Balls

Product arrived totally defrosted. Not necessarily the companies fault but maybe it should be clearer on the packaging for DPD to deliver earlier in the day, not mid afternoon

Made perfect pizzas. My only gripe is that the dough balls were properly mashed up in the packaging when delivered. The cold pack has kept them chilled, but freezing them for storage led to some interesting shapes!

Arrived 4th June afternoon. Totally defrosted and the dough has proved. Quality of packaging is inadequate to keep frozen plus although labelled as next day delivery this is not what happened. I am requesting a refund and will not order again until packaging and delivery issues are resoled. I also tried many time to phone your customer service number which had been constantly engaged
