I love that an indigenous author has been represented, so I was very excited to get my copy. It did not disappoint. Beautiful book.

This book is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for making it! The cover, the jacket, the sprayed edges, the artwork inside annnnd the autograph from Danica! It’s the most beautiful book I own! The story is great! I love how Danica gets to the point in her story. She doesn’t spend four pages about the color of the leaf or the way your room is set up. I love the community building and the community aspects of the story as well I think my favorite part was the stick ball game and I will forever. Tell everybody that about this book Avery Fox definitely is has character and she’s fun to follow in this story!
