Black Egg Eggplant
I was really looking forward to growing this eggplant. I planted it in the same medium and at the same time as all my other early starts and not a single one of the Black Egg seeds germinated, whereas everything else I planted germinated just fine.. By the time I gave up hope on them it was too late to replant. Luckily I had planted another variety as well. Very disappointing.

Black Eggplant
The Black Eggplant grew well and produced many small delicious eggplants, plenty to eat and plenty to freeze, even though we live in Oregon far as you can get from Maine. I start them indoors and plant in a raised bed.
