Great topper!
Goes with anything. Confetti spreads evenly with great coverage with a single coat. I suggest a base coat because it is very hard to remove. This is Turn It Up on top of 1990’s collection How Tragic.

Sticky, unspreadable, cannot smooth out..chunky...cannon see the array of colors because of it.
