Lovely bag but poor packaging

The product itself is beautifully made, and the colours are absolutely stunning. It’s a very attractive cosmetic case. However, I was disappointed with the packaging which, I felt, did not reflect the cost of the item. Although it was wrapped in a single piece of tissue paper with a gold-embossed Emma Shipley label, it arrived squashed into a standard delivery envelope that was inevitably pushed through the letterbox. As a result, the tissue paper was torn (it was purchased as a gift), and I had to open the package, rip off the label, remove the damaged wrapping, and repackage it myself. I also needed to add paper stuffing to help the case regain its shape. Overall, while the product itself is lovely, the packaging felt inexpensive and poorly presented for such a beautiful item.
