It barely scans i and customer have to try it atleast 5 times b4 it appears and when it does it appears as NC something advertising for the company that made them definitely not happy

I've tried communicating via chat with a rep to assist me, but wasn't able to resolve my issue/question. I requested to speak live with a rep, but none ever called me. I don't feel comfortable using the plate as is.
