Stamplified® Permanent Logo Stamp

Took a month to come in and it is TERRIBLE quality. I contacted customer service to return and refund it because the website said “money back guarantee” as well as “easy refunds” but they refused. I asked why and they said they don’t do refunds on customer items…everything on their website is custom AND it said money back guarantee on the exact item I ordered.

the design is good, but using the stamp isnt well thought. or maybe idk how to use it. maybe I need ink tray? it just a big black border. badly design stamp.

the logo itself is crooked on the stamp and the inkwell was dried out. I cleaned it and added ink and it still has doesn't transfer clearly. pretty disappointed after spending over $100.
