The tap doesn't work for Android or Apple. Customer help wants me to video tape it not working, meaning I need at least 3 phones to send them a video because I guess they don't believe me. I have also heard from other people that their tap with dot didn't work either. My tap to pay doesn't work while the dot.thin is on my phone, I have to take my case off for my tap to pay to work. The online profile is awesome tho.

I really like that this can be stuck on the back of a phone case. It makes it so much easier to carry with me than the initial dot card I had or business cards! Definitely recommend!
