Worth it!!!
I don’t know how this makes such a difference, but I rub some behind my ears and the combination of the pillow spray just calms me and I’m asleep in one minute!

Can’t sleep??? Buy this! My hubby and I each have one on out bedside stand. Wish it was in a larger size. Going online now to purchase two more! Woo hoo!
