This is a fascinating book. I’ve had some neck issues and I feel like when I go to bed doing these exercise exercises every evening has helped me. I’ve heard a lot about the vagus nerve, but this definitely gives a better understanding of it.

The book is great and the product is high-quality. But for me, the smell is too much like citronella. But that’s personal preference.
