Smells nice but doesn't seem to have any effect

I received my Battle Balm sample pack, and slapped some Demon Strength on my lower back almost immediately - I could feel some of my knots loosen within a few minutes. Only giving 4 stars because my tins had been crushed during shipment and some of the product had leaked out.

My client's do not like the smell. It stain their clothes. They said it’s the same of a tiger balm. Mainly the down side is the smell.
