The Mum Pasty & Cream Tea Hamper

I ordered the pasty and cream tea hamper for my mum for mother's day. Due to lack of organisation on my part I had to reschedule the delivery twice and both times the cornish company sorted my request instantly and were very helpful. The hamper eventually arrived at the correct time and my mum was well happy. 100% would recommend.

Mother’s Day Hamper Delivery

I paid extra to have this delivered on Mothers Day but didn’t anticipate this would be after 9pm and I kept having to take time out to track and check whereabouts while spending time with mum. The Yodel updates were inaccurate and service appalling with the driver leaving the package on mums doorstep in the rain and informing me it was in the secure place of outhouse (she doesn’t have one). Luckily she saw someone going down her path and found the package. The actual contents were beautiful and enjoyed but the delivery really let me down on a special occasion.

Disappointing Delivery

Unfortunately, the delivery of the hamper, which was ordered specifically as a gift for mothers day, was extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a lovely surprise gift for mothers day. We were given a 1 hr delivery time slot for an am delivery however the order was not actually received until late evening (7pm). Despite tracking that the delivery was only 3 stops away at the expected time of delivery, the tracking status kept on updating to the delivery being further & further away from the delivery address.
