Issues

Accidentally purchased a charger for key tag that doesn’t charge the key tag. Realised within 3 minutes of purchasing and contacted saying please process refund and do not send it to me - the person sent back saying too late (even though only minutes had passed) and that I’ll need to be sent it first and then go through the official return process making it far harder to sort out a refund / less likely to go through with a refund than just dealing with it before it left. Please do better with this. Also the sound feature when finding the key tag is so quiet I can’t hear it when it’s in a bag or jacket.

Ideal slim tracker

Last year, I bought a set of four smart cards with a substantial discount and a free charger for business use. Now, just before our holiday, I bought another identical set for our checked luggage. An ideal, slim tracker!

Super handy and compact tracker!

I am extremely satisfied with the Rhinokey Smartcard Tracker. The biggest plus is definitely the it is as thin as a credit card and therefore fits perfectly in my wallet without feeling bulky or thick. The connection to the app works flawlessly and setup was done within a minute. The sound signal is loud enough to find my items quickly, and the Bluetooth connection is stable. Since I’ve had this tracker, I never have to wonder where my wallet is anymore. In highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and compact tracker!
