Best part is the service

This little thing is a bit pricey, but I suppose that can't be helped. Best thing about Chris's coffee is the service department. Every time I write with a question I get a prompt, courteous, and helpful answer.

Perfect replacement

It took awhile to convince myself that this is the correct part for my machine. Once I verified the 165 degree trip spec I ordered it. Installed easily. Machine works perfectly. Thanks.
