Product nice but arrived damaged.

I purchased a pair of boots for my Mother’s Day present well ahead of time on the 24/04. The product arrived damaged (there was a slight tear on the neoprene- probably not a big deal, but when you’re paying that much for boots it wasn’t ideal) I immediately contacted merry people to exchange and had to follow up. By the time I got a response and postage label to return the boots (and an email saying they hoped the new ones were the right size - which was not the issue) new ones came on 13/05. Lovely boots, but missed Mother’s Day when there should have been plenty of time and felt like a lot of effort to get them which took away from the joy.

Comfortable and beautifully made

Very happy with my two pairs of Bobbi boots. The workmanship is obvious, colours are true to the website photos and the time from ordering to delivery was fast. Definitely recommend; especially as Merry People are an Australian company

LOVE my boots

I bought my Merry People boots to use when we go bush camping. But they happened to arrive just in time for nearly three weeks of constant rain in SEQld, so I have been wearing them everywhere! School drop off, school pickup, camping, to the shops! They are so comfortable, and I've had so many compliments on the colour. Love!
