I'm looking forward to wearing my new Merry People boots after wanting some for a long time. I don't like online shopping generally, but because they weren't available in my location, I finally decided to get some. Being worried about the fit, I measured my feet and ankles carefully and decided to go a size up. The boots arrived promptly and they were too big. I was delighted to find out that returns were super easy with Merry People. I went online, advised the situation and was able to change my order - no questions asked! Merry People sent a return slip to print and attach to the package, along with clear instructions. It was so easy to package them up in the same bag, tape the slip to outside, deliver to the post office and they were returned at no charge to me What great service! This will definitely make me comfortable ordering from this company again. Thank you, Merry People.

Love how snug these boots are, they fit like a glove and feel bouncy almost when you walk! Also, love that you can literally wear them everywhere - dressed up with a skirt to work or with leggings to the Sunday market - genius!

These are my 2nd pair as l find them so versatile and comfy my go to everyday boot to dress it up for an evening out. I love the Claret colour & have had compliments on the colour. Great customer service too as l ordered the wrong size but so easy & quick with returning & receiving my correct size, thank u 🙏
