The boots are wonderful, but the customer service has been outstanding. I am very happy with my purchase as the team helped me with a faulty sizing issue. They were fantastic, and extremely responsive. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.

Comfortable, Practical and Stylish

I originally ordered a size 38, which was a little too small, so I exchanged them for a size 39. They're slightly too big, but a thick pair of socks fixes that easily. They're incredibly practical and have become my go to shoes for walking my dog, visiting the dog park, and standing on the sidelines watching my partner play soccer. Unlike leather boots, I never have to worry about them getting muddy or dirty. The arch support is surprisingly good, they're comfortable to wear for long periods, and I get compliments on them all the time. They're definitely worth the price and have held up really well. My only suggestion would be to offer half sizes for an even better fit.

Happy with my first pair

Really happy with the Tully boots so far super comfortable. Got the size I normally wear no need to up size for me. Nice and wear too already want another piece in a different colour 🥰
