I did mostly level one I managed to lose around 14 pounds but I notice if I eat one more thing on a hungry day it comes back. I learned watermelon is a true directic. I enjoyed some of the recipes enough to keep them in my regular food arsenal. I was surprised I lasted so long without animal protein. I did buy a caster oil pack to try out. I tried out coconut oil pulling. I bought a red therapy light. I felt great each day. I did not miss the caffeine except for the taste of it. I eat pretty clean as a habit but this was a notch up because of the no caffeine, no dairy, no processed foods, no animal products, and no alcohol. I started moving my cell phone outside the bedroom, too. I already owned the yellow glasses but still forgot to put them on. I am generally gluten-free so I tried the millet porridge, then swapped it out for einkorn wheat, I tried millet hockey pucks then swapped it out for garbanzo fava flour. Russet potatoes taste better than I expected I did mix it up with sweet potatoes. I would consider doing it again.

The detox could be very beneficial; but there was virtually no support. I could never find the detox portal or a way to get answers to my questions. Someone did respond to one of my emails (24 to 48 hours later)..so I gave up trying to ask questions. The email response gave me a link to the "Detox Portal"? however this link did not work! When I went to the smoothiegirl website, all I saw were more ads to buy more product and misc videos. I already bought quite a few bags of product!!! All in all; this program, to me, was just a book maybe worth $40 tops! Not over $200 which I spent. Now I have questions about the liver portion...and no one to listen! I am not that familiar with facebook, but it a shouldn't be this difficult!
